Tackle is a fishing companion app that provides:

• AI-powered fish identification
• Fishing conditions and weather data
• Tide charts and forecasts
• Fishing regulation information
• Catch logging and tracking
• Expert fishing advice via AI

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Tackle
• One account per person

4. Subscription Terms

Free Features

• Limited fish identifications
• Basic weather data
• Catch logging
• Standard map features

Premium Subscription

• Unlimited fish identifications
• Advanced weather and tide data
• AI Captain chat
• Cloud backup and sync
• Priority support

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Free trial period (if applicable) converts to paid subscription unless cancelled
• Prices shown in your local currency
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal
• Manage subscriptions through App Store settings

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime through App Store subscription settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access continues until end of billing period
• Refund requests subject to Apple's refund policy

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Violate fishing laws or regulations
• Upload inappropriate or offensive content
• Attempt to hack or reverse engineer the app
• Share false fish identification information
• Harass other users
• Impersonate others

• Fish identifications are AI-assisted and not guaranteed to be 100% accurate
• Use AI suggestions as guidance, not definitive identification
• Confirm identification through other sources when needed
• Tackle is not responsible for misidentifications

8. Intellectual Property

• Tackle app and content are owned by FisheyHub
• User-generated content (photos, catches) remains your property
• You grant Tackle a license to store and display your content
• Do not upload content you don't own or have rights to use

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

10. Data Backup

• While we provide cloud backup, you should maintain your own backups
• We are not liable for data loss
• Delete account feature permanently removes all data

11. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• Features may change or be discontinued with notice
• Weather and tide data depends on third-party services

Tackle integrates with third-party services (OpenAI, Google Maps, etc.) which have their own terms and policies.

• You waive the right to class action lawsuits
